  • Hyatt Regency Montreal currently is negotiating with its employees' union representatives to reach a new collective-bargaining agreement. These negotiations are routine every few years, and the hotel remains open for business. While much progress has been made in the negotiations, some hotel services have been affected as a result of temporary labor shortages. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make the swimming pool available or to provide room service. Other services and outlets of the hotel remain open for business on a reduced schedule or with limited service. Please be assured, Hyatt Regency Montreal is doing all that it can to restore these services fully and finalize the negotiations as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
The 605-room Hyatt Regency Montreal is located in the heart of Montreal's cultural district. Adjacent to the hotel is the Complexe Desjardins with 120 shops and boutiques, and restaurants.

The hotel is home an indoor pool, a fitness facility open 24 hours, an outdoor sundeck, a whirlpool and sauna, Le Cafe Fleuri, open 6:30am-2pm, and a bar lounge, which is open 11am-midnight and serves light fare 5pm-9:30pm.

Hotel services include room service (6:30am-11am; 5pm-10:30pm), currency exchange, business services, laundry and valet.

Room amenities include a coffee maker, complimentary coffee, alarm clock/radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, data ports, remote-control cable TV, in-room movies, and toiletries. ADA-approved rooms are available.
